Time to pump up those tires, cyclists! The sixth edition of Dubai Ride is back on November 2, and it’s your chance to pedal through some of the city’s most iconic spots during Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025.

The event welcomes everyone, regardless of their fitness level. Every participant will receive an official bib, which can be picked up at Zabeel Park’s 30×30 Fitness Village from October 29 to November 1. Without it, you won’t be able to join Dubai Ride.

This year, you can choose between two rides:

  • Route 1 of Dubai Ride 2025. Downtown Family route (4 km)

This family-friendly loop takes you through Downtown Dubai, passing landmarks like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and more. It’s a flat, easy route perfect for cyclists of all ages and abilities.

  • Route 2 of Dubai Ride 2025. Sheikh Zayed Road route (12 km)

If you’re up for a bit more of a challenge, take the scenic ride along Sheikh Zayed Road offers a thrilling journey past Burj Khalifa, Dubai Water Canal, and Museum of the Future. This route includes a climb over the Dubai Canal Bridge, so it’s better suited for more experienced cyclists.

When registering, you’ll choose your starting point. There are five starting points for Sheikh Zayed Road route.

For those looking to push their limits, Dubai Ride Speed Laps are back. You’ll get the chance to ride at speeds of 30 km/h or more on the 12km route.

Registrations for Dubai Ride 2025 opens on Monday, October 6, so make sure you sign up early.

Keep in mind that a cycle helmet is mandatory for all participants. It’s also a good idea to have lights on your bike, especially if you plan to start early before sunrise.
