BRABUS, the German name best known for bold supercars and ultra-high-performance engineering, is shifting lanes — into luxury real estate. The brand has announced plans for its first residential megaproject: a custom-built private island in Abu Dhabi.
BRABUS Island will take shape in the Al Seef District, spread across 100,000 square metres of prime coastal land. The plan includes 450 high-end residences, with a mix of 350 apartments and 100 waterfront or beachfront villas.

Apartment sizes will range from 1,100 to 5,000 square feet, with layouts offering two to four bedrooms. For those looking to go bigger, the standalone villas will offer exclusivity and direct access to water, all styled with modern, clean architectural lines.
Brabus Island will include three interior design schemes:
- Black and Bold
- White Bliss
- Gray Haven

Designed for those used to bespoke experiences, the development will offer full interior customisation — much like a Brabus-tuned vehicle. Each comes with the option for upgraded finishes and personalisation, giving homeowners a high degree of control over the final look and feel.
Construction on the island is set to begin in summer 2025, with handover expected from 2028. Prices are projected to range from USD 790,000 to USD 7.33 million, depending on size, location, and level of customisation.

This marks BRABUS’ first venture into real estate, but its approach stays consistent: precision, performance, and individuality — now applied to high-end living spaces. With its proximity to Zayed International Airport, BRABUS Island is set to appeal to a global clientele seeking privacy and style in the UAE capital.
It’s a bold expansion for the brand and a notable addition to Abu Dhabi’s growing luxury real estate landscape.
