If you’re living in Dubai South, your neighborhood is getting a huge upgrade! South Bay Mall is on the way, and it’s set to become the new hub for shopping, dining, and relaxation. While construction is still underway, here’s a sneak peek of what’s to come.
Spanning 18,500 sqm, the mall will feature 60 retail outlets, two anchor stores, and a premium food hall. The plans also include open-air walkways and rooftop terraces offering beautiful views of the lagoon.
Beyond shopping, South Bay Mall will have a gym, a spa, a health clinic, a clubhouse. And with parking for 400+ cars, it will become a convenient spot for locals to spend the day.
