Dubai is set for a green transformation with the launch of a new, eco-friendly development: the region’s first forest district by the sea. Located within Dubai Maritime City, this upcoming destination will blend nature, sustainability, and wellness.

The first piece of this ambitious plan is Talea, a residential tower that’s designed to reflect the natural world around it. Inspired by earth and water, the tower features sleek, flowing lines and vertical greenery that creates a sense of being immersed in nature. Designed by BEYOND Developments, it’s a vision for a future where nature is at the core of urban life.

Inside, there will be 354 homes, from one-bedroom apartments to luxurious four-bedroom penthouses. The interior design will use natural earth tones and large windows to bring in stunning views of the sea, skyline, and surrounding woodland.

Residents of Talea can enjoy shaded swimming pools, fitness areas surrounded by trees, and even treetop walkways for an added sense of tranquility. There are nature-inspired play zones for children, and plenty of outdoor lounges for peaceful relaxation. A green pedestrian path will connect the tower’s podium level to the wider Forest District, so residents will have easy access to nature at every turn.

The location couldn’t be more convenient either. Just minutes away from Downtown Dubai, Mina Rashid, and the Jumeirah coastline, this waterfront community offers an entirely new approach to urban living.

With Talea being the first of many planned developments in this area, there’s more to look forward to! The city will soon see five super-tall towers, offering even more innovative living spaces. Keep an eye out for these future landmarks as Dubai continues to push the boundaries of urban development.
