Ahead of the upcoming Spartan Middle East races in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, a series of free high-intensity workout tours are being offered to help you get race-ready. These one-hour sessions are the perfect way to train for the big day and test your limits.

Expect everything from running to heavy lifting, climbing, and problem-solving, all spread across a multi-kilometer course. If you want to compete and get a good time, a bit of pre-race training is key, and these workout tours are a great way to get started.

Thanks to a partnership with Warehouse Gym, these free sessions are being held in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, giving you plenty of opportunities to prep for the upcoming races. The first of these free sessions will take place ahead of the Spartan City Race at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.

Here’s where and when you can join in:

  • Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi: Sunday, August 24, and Sunday, September 7, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
  • Dubai (Al Quoz): Sunday, August 31, at 10:30 AM
  • Dubai (Springs): Sunday, September 14, at 11:00 AM

Each class is based on Warehouse Gym’s Spartan Strong workout, designed to prepare you for the challenges of a Spartan race. The session is packed with high-intensity training, including running intervals, weighted carries, climbs, and bodyweight drills — all aimed at improving your power, endurance, and resilience.

These classes are popular, so if you want to secure a spot, make sure to sign up in advance. If you missed out, don’t worry — new sessions are announced every Monday in the lead-up to the races.

Looking ahead, there are more big challenging events to look forward to before the year’s end: Spartan Race at Al Ain Zoo in October, Tough Mudder and Spartan Race in Hatta in November.
