If you’ve been searching for a new getaway spot, there’s a special place to spend your evenings. Gobi Sky, the new rooftop at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, offers you both city style and desert calm. The venue attracts by its incredible views of the dunes, Asian-inspired dishes, and good music in a relaxed setting.
The rooftop serves Pan-Asian food and Japanese drinks, with a menu that mixes comfort dishes and bold flavours. Highlights include temaki hand rolls with chu toro, wagyu beef yakitori, beef rendang burgers, and crispy sweet corn ribs topped with seaweed furikake and togarashi spice. The bar menu features premium Japanese spirits and cocktails with Asian twists.
From Wednesday to Sunday, guests can enjoy live DJ sets that bring together chill-out, nu-disco, and deep house sounds.
Gobi Sky is also planning special evenings such as Night Brunch and Sakura Nights, which will feature food stations, cocktails, and live performances. For those who prefer a quiet night, Suntory After Dark will combine outdoor cinema with shisha under the stars.
The rooftop is open weekdays from 5 PM to midnight and weekends until 1 AM.
