Monster trucks are gearing up for a big return to the UAE capital. Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live™: Glow-N-Fire is set to hit Etihad Arena on September 19-20, bringing back its crowd-pleasing mix of roaring engines, glowing lights, and high-energy stunts, this time with a fiery new twist.

Back by popular demand, the family-friendly event will once again showcase a line-up of fan favourites including Mega Wrex™, Tiger Shark™, HW 5-Alarm™, Bone Shaker™, Bigfoot®, and Gunkster™.

Making its Abu Dhabi debut this year is Skelesaurus™, a fire-themed beast ready to make an entrance.

The live show is built around entertainment, complete with light effects and dramatic soundscapes. Expect stunts, car-smashing moments, and surprises throughout the show. One to watch for this time around is Articgon, a transforming, fire-breathing, car-eating robot designed to deliver standout spectacle.

UAE Updates Warning Alert System: All Changes and Instructions Residents Should Know

The warning alert system is used to quickly inform UAE residents about important safety situations and provide instructions on what to do. The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) has now introduced a small update to the system, mainly adjusting the notification sound. From now on, alerts will follow two different sound settings depending on the time: During the day (9 AM until 10:30 PM): familiar high-tone alert sound when a warning is issued.
