Mandarin Oriental has just unveiled its plans for its third property in Dubai, and this one is set to offer something completely new. Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates will be the brand’s first golf resort with branded residences, marking a significant milestone for the luxury hotel chain.
Expected to open in 2030, the resort will be nestled in the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates. While golf lovers will certainly find their paradise here, the resort will focus on wellness and relaxation, catering to both guests and those who choose to call it home.

The property will feature 121 spacious rooms and suites, along with 97 branded residences ranging from three to six-bedroom villas. Each villa will come with its own private amenities, including exclusive access to lounges, meeting spaces, pools, and fitness areas.
If you’re seeking relaxation, the resort will also boast The Spa at Mandarin Oriental with separate pools for men and women, a meditation area, a barber, a salon, and several additional swimming pools.

In addition to the golf courses, here are some more exciting features and activities that guests and residents can enjoy:
- Equestrian center with indoor and outdoor arenas, training facilities, and scenic riding trails
- A kids’ club and fully serviced nursery for younger guests
- Six exceptional dining venues, including two restaurants at the golf club
- Extensive meeting and event spaces, including a ballroom and outdoor venues
If you’re excited about what’s coming, don’t forget that Mandarin Oriental is about to open its second property in Dubai this October — Mandarin Oriental Downtown. Get ready for luxurious dining options like Billionaire (on the 61st floor), Osaka Nikkei (on the 35th floor), and Yu & Mi (on the 36th floor) to make your dining experience just as unforgettable as the resort itself.
