Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast is set to welcome new luxury residences from globally recognized brands Four Seasons and SLS. These upscale homes will be part of the ambitious Red Sea Project, a major development led by Red Sea Global (RSG) to transform the region into a premier tourism and lifestyle destination.

The upcoming Red Sea Residences will be located on Shura Island. Designed by renowned architects and interior designers, these homes aim to combine modern comfort with the natural beauty of the coast. Sustainability is also a priority, ensuring the development blends seamlessly with its surroundings.

The residences will offer a variety of options:

  • Four Seasons Private Residences: 75 villas with three to five bedrooms, ranging from 414 to 534 square meters.
  • SLS Residences by Ennismore: 15 units with one to four bedrooms, from 130 to 423 square meters.
  • Shura Marina Residences: 36 apartments with one to three bedrooms, sized between 190 and 364 square meters. These homes will offer marina access, high-end shopping, and gourmet dining led by world-class chefs.

Shura Island is set to become a lively hub featuring 11 resorts, restaurants, retail outlets, and an 18-hole golf course. Residents will have exclusive access to the island’s pristine beaches, entertainment options, and waterfront activities.

John Pagano, CEO of RSG, emphasized that this project is shaping a new luxury residential market in Saudi Arabia. Homeowners will enjoy both privacy and connection to a thriving island community. The residences have been designed with a strong focus on sustainability, aiming to protect the environment while offering a world-class living experience.

The first phase of the development is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, marking a new era of luxury coastal living in Saudi Arabia.
