Madinah International Book Fair 2025 is underway and welcoming readers, families, and culture lovers from across the Kingdom. Now in its fourth edition, the fair runs until August 4 at the King Salman International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Entry is free, and the fair is open daily from 2 PM to midnight.
Visitors will find an extensive range of titles across literature, science, Islamic studies, and more. There’s also a diverse cultural programme including:

- Creative workshops

Prominent authors and cultural figures will join these events, offering a deeper look into various topics and ideas. At the book-signing corner, readers can meet writers in person and learn more about their work.
This year’s edition introduces several updates:
- A discount book zone offering lower-priced titles to make reading more accessible.
- Touch-enabled maps and QR-based kiosks for navigating the venue easily.
The event is organised under the slogan “The City Reads,” supported by the Saudi Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission. With over 300 publishing houses and agencies from the Arab world and beyond, it’s one of the largest cultural gatherings of its kind in the region.
