A new destination for refined desserts has opened its doors in Dubai. Maison Devoille, led by MICHELIN-trained chef-pâtissier Christophe Devoille, is now welcoming guests on the first floor of One&Only One Za’abeel. This café concept combines French pastry traditions with a modern Champagne bar.

French-born Chef Christophe Devoille has decades of experience in pastry making. His background includes working with culinary legends such as Alain Ducasse and Nicolas Berger, and holding positions in prestigious kitchens from Annabel’s in London to Atlantis The Royal in Dubai.

Recognised for his craftsmanship, Christophe has been named Gault&Millau UAE’s Pastry Chef of the Year for two consecutive years — 2024 and 2025. Maison Devoille represents a personal milestone for him, being the realisation of a lifelong dream and his second concept in Dubai following the success of The Royal Tearoom with Christophe Deville.

Maison Devoille offers a daily-changing menu built around hand-crafted cakes, viennoiseries, and seasonal French desserts. The menu highlights the use of fresh ingredients and a commitment to quality and precision.
