Parkin, Dubai’s official parking operator, has just introduced new public parking subscription plans aimed at specific groups in the city. Students can now get a parking subscription starting from AED 100 per month. The subscription allows access to both roadside and plot parking in zones A, B, C and D, provided the location is within a 500-metre radius of their educational institution.
The same fee and access will also apply to teachers and staff of private education centres, giving them a reliable parking option close to their campus.

In addition to that, a new multi-storey parking subscription has been launched, starting from AED 735 per month. This option is meant for those who regularly park near their home, workplace, or frequently visited areas.
These updated subscription fees are part of Dubai’s evolving parking system. Earlier this year, the city rolled out a new pricing structure across several areas.
