Sobha Realty is adding another gem to the UAE’s luxury property landscape with a new residential beachfront project in Umm Al Quwain. Sobha AquaCrest will become the second residential cluster within the Downtown UAQ masterplan, a coastal destination in the Northern Emirates.

Sobha AquaCrest will consist of four towers surrounded by open spaces, landscaped parks, and beach promenades. Every residence offers panoramic sea views and a peaceful coastal atmosphere. It will become a home for more than 150,000 residents once fully complete.
The project’s design integrates sustainable technology and eco-conscious materials, including double-glazed façades, district cooling, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and EV charging stations. More than half of Downtown UAQ will be dedicated to open green areas, along with jogging tracks and leisure zones.
Beyond its luxury homes, the Umm Al Quwain community will feature retail promenades, hotels, marinas, and leisure destinations.
