One of Dubai’s most eye-catching landmarks is about to get a makeover. Tapasake Dubai, perched 100 metres high on The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel, is temporarily closing this June for a complete revamp. When it reopens in Q4 2025, it promises a fresh take on dining, design and experience.

The venue features the 120m suspended infinity pool — the longest in the UAE, and offers panoramic views stretching from the Burj Khalifa and Downtown to Zabeel Park. It’s part of The Link — the world’s longest cantilever structure — suspended between the twin towers of One Za’abeel.

The redesign is part of a broader plan by Kerzner International and Sunset Hospitality Group to evolve Tapasake from a resort restaurant into a global lifestyle brand. Originally launched at One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, the concept blends high-end Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with a vibrant social atmosphere.

The Dubai location will be the first to reflect the brand’s updated identity, with new interiors and a refreshed menu expected once doors reopen.

For now, fans of skyline views and signature fusion flavours will have to wait — but the return of Tapasake later in 2025 is already shaping up to be one of the city’s most anticipated relaunches.
