Dubai is gearing up for a unique New Year’s Eve celebration, and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has something special in store.

This year, you can ring in the New Year aboard Dubai’s waters with exclusive offers on the Dubai Ferry, abra rides, and water taxis.

Dubai Ferry

Hop on the Dubai Ferry between 10 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. on December 31st. Choose from three starting points: Marina Mall Station, Ghubaiba Station, or Bluewaters Station. Tickets are AED 350 for Silver Class and AED 525 for Gold Class. Kids aged 2 to 10 get a 50% discount, and infants under two ride for free.

 

Abra Rides

Abra rides will operate from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., departing from Al Jaddaf Station, Al Fahidi Station, or Al Ghubaiba Marine Transport Station. Tickets cost AED 150 for adults, and infants under two ride free.

Water Taxi

For a lavish experience, book a Water Taxi from 10 pm.. to 1:30 a.m., starting at the Marina Mall Station. Secure the whole water taxi for AED 3,750. Infants under two sail for free.
