DSF is back and it’s bigger and better than ever before. The festival kickstarted with an epic weekend of Sole DXB and has taken the city by storm with festivities and excitement. Beyond the exciting sales and foodie pop-ups, DSF is also hosting many firework displays to take the festivities to a whole new level.
From December 15th to January 14th, residents and visitors can witness the night sky come alive with bursts of color and light at some of the country’s top locations.

Dubai Festival City Mall (December 15 to 24)
The show kicks off at the Dubai Festival City Mall, where every night until Christmas Eve, the skies will light up at 9 p.m. Paired with the ever-popular Imagine light and laser show, it’s an experience that promises to be nothing short of enchanting.
Hatta (December 15 to December 30)
For those seeking a more serene setting, the mountains of Hatta will host a series of illuminating fireworks displays every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Set against the natural beauty of the mountains, these displays at 8 p.m. are bound to create a magical atmosphere. Dates to remember include December 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, and 30.
Al Seef (December 25 to January 4)
Al Seef will witness a fortnight of nightly fireworks displays from Christmas Day until January 4th at 9 p.m. Take a stroll through the winding streets, soak in the historical charm, and be captivated by the vibrant bursts of color above. Don’t forget to catch Dubai Lights’ neon installation, featuring 40 neon abras sailing across the creek.
New Year’s Eve Extravaganza (December 31)
Bid farewell to 2023 in style with a spectacular New Year’s Eve fireworks display at Bluewaters, The Beach, JBR, Al Seef, and Hatta. As the clock strikes midnight, these locations promise to usher in 2024 with a breathtaking showcase of impressive pyrotechnics. Choose your spot wisely and welcome the new year with a bang.
Bluewaters and The Beach, JBR (January 5 to 14)
The festivities continue even after the calendar turns, with Bluewaters and The Beach at JBR hosting nightly fireworks displays at 9 p.m.. Paired with the mesmerizing drone shows at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., this visual extravaganza will be a fitting conclusion to the DSF celebrations, running until January 14th.
