Eid is just around the corner, and Global Village is celebrating Eid Week from March 30 to April 6 with an unforgettable lineup of events. From dazzling fireworks to live performances and traditional festivities, get ready for a vibrant and joyful experience like no other!
Kids will love meeting their favorite characters, and street performers will keep the energy high with fun acts throughout the park. Every night at 9 PM, the sky will light up with stunning fireworks, visible from anywhere in the park.
On the Main Stage, expect a mix of cultural performances, live music, and interactive shows. And on Sunday, April 6, at 8 PM, the legendary Middle Eastern singer Assala Nasri will perform live for a spectacular Eid finale.
For a more laid-back experience during Eid week at Global Village, visit Multaqa, a welcoming open-air space perfect for families to relax and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Under twinkling lights, you can try delicious Eid treats from nearby kiosks or play traditional courtyard games. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and make lasting memories.
One of the most cherished Eid customs is “Eidiya” – a small gift of money given to children. To keep this tradition alive, Global Village will be handing out special Eid envelopes to 100 lucky young visitors during the first three days of Eid!
With so much prepared, you may want to have extra time to explore everything! But no worries! The park will be open from 4 PM to 1 AM throughout Eid week (March 30 – April 5), giving you plenty of opportunities to soak in the celebrations.
