Dubai’s culinary scene continues to evolve with the upcoming launch of Culinara Social Dining, a new food hall set to open at The Link in One&Only One Za’abeel. Positioned 100 metres above ground, this latest addition to the striking skybridge development promises a fresh take on social dining, highlighting regional and homegrown talent.

Unlike the fine-dining concepts that have dominated The Link so far, Culinara brings together a curated mix of 12 local culinary brands, each offering something distinct but unified by quality and creativity.

Crudo Raw Tapas Bar
Led by Javier de la Flor and Roberto Segura, Crudo is all about fresh, raw tapas using locally sourced ingredients — perfect for light yet flavour-packed dining.

Seiran by Masoud Shafie
With deep culinary roots, Masoud Shafie introduces Seiran, a concept devoted to Persian cuisine. Expect charcoal-grilled meats, rich stews, and fragrant saffron rice as staples of this menu.

With Culinara, The Link is diversifying its offering by showcasing regional voices in a setting that’s as visually impressive as it is flavourful. It’s a space where contemporary design meets a vibrant mix of cuisines, bringing a more casual, yet thoughtfully curated, experience to the One&Only’s sky-high destination.
