Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has shared important updates for residents and visitors during the Eid Al Fitr holidays, including free parking and adjusted public transport schedules.
Free Parking During Eid Al Fitr 2025
The first day of Shawwal, 10th month of the Islamic calendar, is celebrated as Eid Al Fitr. This date will be confirmed based on the moon sighting – either March 30 or March 31. Parking across Dubai will be free from Shawwal 1 to 3. However, multi-story parking garages are not included in this offer.
Regular parking fees will resume on Shawwal 4, and there will be some changes in pricing and the whole parking system in Dubai.
