Plan to Arrive Early

We strongly recommend arriving as early as possible. Yas Island will be extra busy on event day, with multiple shows happening at the same time. Expect heavy traffic—especially between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Arriving early means less stress and more time to enjoy the festival experience from the very beginning!

How to Get There

By car: After arriving at Yas Island, follow the green color-coded wayfinding sign board to the dedicated parking at Yas Mall. Once parked, enter Yas Mall and make your way to the Ferrari World Welcome Pavilion, located on the ground floor. From there, exit the mall and follow signage to Etihad Park.

Note: You can park at Yas Mall’s Fashion Parking or the Grand Prix Parking area—both offer convenient access to Etihad Park.

By taxi/Drop off: Drop off at Yas Marina Circuit Gate 19, then walk to Etihad Park Gate 3.

By Uber/Careem: Drop off at Yas Marina Circuit Gate 19, then walk to Etihad Park Gate 3.

Accessibility for People of Determination

Please follow the instructions below for a smooth journey to Etihad Park:

By Car: Arrive at Yas Mall Fashion Parking and follow the green color-coded wayfinding signage designated for accessible access. Once parked, enter Yas Mall and make your way to the Ferrari World Welcome Pavilion, located on the ground floor. From there, exit the mall and proceed to the Customer Service Information Point, where staff will assist you with a dedicated transportation van to Etihad Park.

Taxi/Drop off: Request drop-off at the Ferrari World valet area, where drop-offs for People of Determination are permitted. After drop-off, head to the Customer Service Information Point nearby, where assistance will be provided for your transfer via transportation van to Etihad Park.

Etihad Park is designed to be inclusive, with routes and facilities available to support People of Determination.

  • Etihad Park has accessible routes and facilities throughout the venue.

  • All gates provide access to viewing platforms in the Golden Circle and General Admission areas.

  • Wheelchair assistance is available—just ask any staff member.

  • Accessible toilets with ramps are marked on the map (2 in Golden Circle near the Tree Houses, 2 in General Admission/Village).

  • On-site medical staff will be available to help at any time during the event.

What You Need to Know Before You Go

  • Your OFFLIMITS Essentials: Don’t forget to pack the must-haves: your card (Etihad Park is a cashless venue), your phone with the Platinumlist app for easy ticket access, sunglasses, a hat, and hand sanitizer. Optional but handy extras include earplugs, a power bank, and a portable fan—especially if you’re planning to stay all day!

  • Prohibited Items: Explosive substances or devices, firearms, ammunition, gas pistols, detonators, controlled substances, projectiles, electroshock equipment, pyrotechnics, smoke canisters, jammers, scanners, radios, and any radioactive or corrosive materials.

  • Restricted Items & Transport: Strollers, umbrellas, camping chairs, oversized bags or items, bicycles, scooters, Segways, and cool boxes are not allowed. There will be no bag drop or storage area, and these items will not be permitted inside the venue.

  • Not Allowed Inside: Professional filming equipment, outside food or beverages (unless medically required), laser pointers, animals (except approved aid animals), horns, whistles, vuvuzelas, rigid poles, sticks, drones, signage, banners, flags, political items, ambush marketing tools, stuffed toys, bottles, cans, flasks, or any sealable containers.

  • Dress for the Occasion: The concert is an outdoor event, so be prepared for changing weather conditions. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear for a long day and dressing to accommodate temperature variations.

  • Leave the F&B at Home: Please note that no outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue. Don’t worry; we have you covered with ample on-site options to satisfy your cravings and keep you refreshed.

  • Stay Hydrated: Staying hydrated is essential, especially during outdoor events. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep yourself energized.

How to Access Your SafeTicket QR Code Tickets

This event uses QR code tickets, available exclusively on the Platinumlist app. For your safety, the QR codes will be accessible in the app 12 hours before doors open.

The QR code on each ticket is unique and changes every few seconds, ensuring that the tickets cannot be used wrongfully.

The QR code will be available offline as well, so don’t worry if you do not have access to the internet. As long as you have the Platinumlist app on your phone logged in with the correct email, you’re good!

Follow these steps for accessing your QR code ticket:

  • Download the App:
    • Open the app and log in using your email address.
    • Make sure to sign in with the same credentials you used to purchase your tickets.
  • Locate Your Tickets:
    • After signing in, tap on the “My Tickets” section to find your order.
    • Tap your order to view your tickets. At entry, show your phone to get scanned, and you’re in!

How to Transfer Your Ticket

Can’t attend or want to share tickets with a friend? Ticket transfer is available until 10 p.m. on 8th November on the Platinumlist app. Both you and the recipient need a registered Platinumlist account.

Follow these steps for transferring the SafeTickets QR codes:

  • Open the Platinumlist app and log in with the same credentials that you have used to purchase the ticket.
  • Go to the “My Tickets” section to see the tickets you purchased.
  • Find the ticket you want to transfer and select it.
  • Tap the “Transfer” option at the bottom left.
  • Enter the recipient’s email address (this must match the email they use for their Platinumlist account). You can also add a personal message.
  • The recipient will receive the ticket in their app and must accept it to complete the transfer. Once accepted, they will be able to access the QR code for the event.
