While full details about the design, dining outlets, and other amenities are still under wraps, Fairmont’s existing UAE portfolio gives some hints. With successful properties like Fairmont Dubai, Fairmont The Palm, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, and Northern Emirates favorites like Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, the brand already knows how to deliver luxury experience to the residents and guests of the region.
Both the hotel and residences are expected to open by the end of 2028, adding even more weight to Al Marjan Island’s growing reputation as a go-to destination for upscale living and travel.
