Customer Happiness Centers That Remain Open
- Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3 (Arrivals Hall)
The Customer Happiness Center will be available 24/7, continuing to support travelers and customers without interruption. - Al Awir Customer Happiness Center
For those handling in-person paperwork or immigration matters, the Al Awir branch will stay open from 6 AM to 8 PM.

24/7 Online and Phone Support
Customers who prefer to manage their transactions digitally can continue to use GDRFA’s official platforms:

- Mobile apps GDRFA Dubai and DubaiNow
These platforms offer a range of services, from visa applications to residency matters.
Additionally, the “Amer” call center (8005111) remains available around the clock, ready to assist with questions and service-related inquiries in both Arabic and English.
