The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) has announced its official working hours for the Hijri New Year holiday, which falls on Friday, 27 June 2025 (1447 AH).

To ensure the smooth delivery of services during the public holiday, GDRFA Dubai has confirmed that key centers and platforms will remain operational.

 

Customer Happiness Centers That Remain Open

  • Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3 (Arrivals Hall)
    The Customer Happiness Center will be available 24/7, continuing to support travelers and customers without interruption.
  • Al Awir Customer Happiness Center
    For those handling in-person paperwork or immigration matters, the Al Awir branch will stay open from 6 AM to 8 PM.

24/7 Online and Phone Support

Customers who prefer to manage their transactions digitally can continue to use GDRFA’s official platforms:

  • Website www.gdrfad.gov.ae
  • Mobile apps GDRFA Dubai and DubaiNow
    These platforms offer a range of services, from visa applications to residency matters.

Additionally, the “Amer” call center (8005111) remains available around the clock, ready to assist with questions and service-related inquiries in both Arabic and English.
