J1 Beach in Dubai is getting its final restaurant before summer, and it’s bringing something exciting to the table. INA, which means “fire” in Yoruba, will feature the largest open-flame grill in Dubai, offering a menu full of fresh seafood, meats, vegetables, and grains — all cooked in front of guests.
This new addition joins the stylish 500-meter stretch of licensed restaurants at J1 Beach, providing a vibrant space for dining, socializing, and dancing late into the night. With summer approaching, guests can enjoy a climate-controlled dining area under a canopy, while a retractable roof lets in the night sky when the weather cools down.
The restaurant’s design encourages movement, creating an interactive and lively atmosphere. The menu is designed for sharing, with a mix of small bites and larger platters. Plus, a special drinks menu has been crafted in close collaboration with the kitchen to complement the flavors of the dishes.
INA is the first Dubai venture for renowned Australian chef Glen Ballis, known for successful restaurants worldwide like Glenuill, Zupperia, and Cutfish in Moscow. The concept comes from Fundamental Hospitality, the team behind popular spots like Adaline, GAIA, and Shanghai Me.
INA is set to open soon at J1 Beach. Stay tuned for more details!
