Kick off the race with a 1.9 km (1.2 mile) swim that begins right off the shores of Reef Island. Athletes will navigate an exciting rectangular course, featuring a series of left turns that will lead them to the lagoon’s edge, where they’ll transition to the cycling segment.
Bike Course:
The cycling leg is a 90 km (56.1 mile) journey that promises breathtaking views. Starting from the transition area on Reef Island, participants will pedal past renowned landmarks like the Bahrain International Circuit and the World Trade Centre, before returning to the island to complete the loop.
Run Course:
Capping off the challenge is a 21.1 km (13.1 mile) run, set over four loops.
