Drivers heading to Al Khail Gate will now need to account for round-the-clock parking fees, as Parkin has introduced a new 24/7 paid zone at this residential community in Dubai.
Starting immediately, parking here falls under a flat daily fee of AED 30, or users can pay by the hour depending on how long they stay. The zone is identified with the code 365N.

Fees apply every day of the week — including Sundays, which are typically free in most other areas. Here’s the full breakdown of hourly parking rates for this new zone:
- 1 hour: AED 4
- 2 hours: AED 8
- 3 hours: AED 10
- 4 hours: AED 12
- 5 hours: AED 14
- 6 hours: AED 16
- 7 hours: AED 18
- 8 hours: AED 20
- 9 hours: AED 22
- 24 hours: AED 30
There’s no difference in pricing between peak and off-peak hours.

This new zone follows several other changes introduced by Parkin in 2025. New paid areas were recently rolled out in Mirdif, and premium parking spaces across Dubai are now priced at AED 6 per hour, compared to AED 4 for standard spaces.
For those who frequent Al Khail Gate, it’s worth keeping the 365N code in mind and planning ahead, especially for longer stays.
