Looking for a fun and active way to bond with your dog? Try Paw Power Challenge this Saturday, April 5. This unique event at Expo City Dubai invites dog owners and their pups to take on a series of exciting obstacles across a 2.5km racecourse. The event runs from 4 PM to 11 PM, with the main race starting at 6 PM.
This isn’t just a race for dogs — owners will be put to the test too! The course features water crossings, slides, jumps, and climbs, ensuring that both you and your pup get an action-packed experience. You’ll also pass through the stunning Al Wasl Plaza, which will be lit up for the occasion.

There are four race categories to ensure fair competition:
- Medium-large dogs (10+ kg) with 1 runner
- Medium-large dogs with 2-6 runners
- Small & mini dogs (under 10 kg) with 1 runner
- Small & mini dogs with 2-6 runners
Winners will be chosen based on speed, with prizes for the fastest three in each category. But don’t worry — every participant will receive a medal, certificate, and refreshments.
The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! After the race, dogs can cool off in paddling pools while owners explore the Race Village, featuring pet-friendly market with accessories, treats, and services, food & drinks from Philly Jawn, live music, and activities for kids (bouncy castle and mega slide included).
