If it feels different around here.. that’s the point.

We’ve made a bold change to Platinumlist. Not because it was time for a visual glow-up (though, yes, we’re looking fresh) but because how people go out, connect, and experience things has changed. And we needed to change with it.

This isn’t just a new look. It’s a whole new vibe, a new way of thinking about what Platinumlist is.

Let’s Talk About the Portal

We’ve reimagined Platinumlist around one powerful symbol: the Portal.

Why? Because every ticket you book is more than just a confirmation. It’s the moment right before something magical happens. That shift from scrolling on your couch… to standing in a stadium. From deciding what to do… to making a memory. The shift from “What should we do tonight?” to “I’m so glad we came.”

The new Platinumlist logo is built on that idea, a shape that represents entry into something unforgettable. The portal adapts and transforms, just like your experiences do: from a glowing concert to a quiet museum visit, from a comedy night to a business summit.

To bring that energy to life, we teamed up with Kidults, a creative studio that helped us bring the Platinumlist brand to life in a way that feels just as exciting and emotional as the experiences we offer. But this refresh isn’t just about how it looks, it’s about making sure it feels right for everyone who uses it.. That’s why we worked with type designers from the UAE and Saudi Arabia to create a custom Arabic typographic system that aligns perfectly with our Latin logo. Whether you’re browsing in Arabic or English, the new design feels natural, expressive, and truly connected to the region.

It’s not just design. It’s emotion, visualized.

How This Redesign Improves Your Experience

Alright, let’s get practical. What does this mean for you?

This redesign is for you. Everything we did was to make your journey smoother, richer, and more meaningful. Here’s how:

More Emotion, Less Effort: Events now feel exciting before you even arrive. Big, bold visuals. Embedded videos. Smart categories. You’ll feel connected to an event before you hit “Book.”

Hello, Dark Mode: For the night owls and event-lovers, we introduced a sleek, moody dark mode that makes browsing easier on the eyes, and way more cinematic. Perfect for low-light concerts or midnight scrolls.

Faster. Simpler. Smarter: We’ve cleaned up navigation, restructured how events are presented, and made the experience mobile-first. Fewer clicks. More wow.

Content That Pops: We know most of you decide what to do based on vibe, not a paragraph. So we made room for richer videos and visuals that bring the vibe forward. From the roar of a crowd to a close-up of a ballet performance, you’ll see the emotion before you even go.

A Brand That Feels Like Us — and You

Platinumlist has grown far beyond where it started. We now operate across 18+ countries, from Dubai to London, Jeddah to LA, covering everything from concerts and sports to museums, comedy, business expos, and more.

And while the scale changed, so did our community. Our users, especially Millennials and Gen Z, want connection, not just utility.

So our tone is now warmer. Our visuals, more expressive. Our identity? Built around the idea that your time is valuable, and the moments you choose to spend going out should start with a spark, not a scroll.

What’s Next?

This is just the beginning.

We’re rolling out localised design modules, building experiences that speak to regional culture, and giving our partners more ways to shine inside our ecosystem.

More importantly, we’re treating design as direction, not just decoration.

Come Through the Portal

The next time you open Platinumlist, look at the logo. It’s not just a mark, it’s an invitation.

A moment before the lights dim. Before the music hits. Before the memory begins.

We’re not just a ticketing platform anymore. We’re the starting point for real-life moments,  for awe, for adrenaline, for joy, for discovery.

This is Platinumlist, redesigned for what comes next.
