Dubai is about to welcome another luxury hospitality name. Rosewood Hotels is expanding into the city with the launch of Rosewood Dubai, set in Peninsula district, along with Rosewood Residences.
Known for blending modern luxury with heritage-inspired service, Rosewood already has properties in Abu Dhabi and Doha. Rosewood Doha has started to welcome first guests this July. The two-tower structure features residences and a hotel with 155 rooms and suites, and eight dining concepts — including a seafood restaurant and cigar lounge.

The Dubai opening is expected to raise the bar. The upcoming property will include:
- 195 rooms
- 8 private garden residence villas
- A private beach and beach club
- 4 dining venues
- A wellness centre
This combination of high-end accommodation and lifestyle-focused amenities is designed to appeal to both travellers and residents.

Next to the hotel, Rosewood Residences will feature 63 residences and 5 exclusive beachfront villas. The planned amenities include a spa and movement studio, padel court, private cinema, library, and residents’ lounge.
Dubai’s staycation scene continues to grow, with new names and neighbourhoods shaping the future of travel and living in the city. Rosewood is not the only recent addition to the list of upcoming hotels. Cheval Blanc, the luxury hospitality brand backed by LVMH, is also building a private island resort in the city — set to open in 2029.
