Continuing with the exciting events in Al Wasl Season at Expo City Dubai, this time it’s all about celebrating culture, community, and music. And if you visited Al Wasl last season, you already know the vibe: these festivals and concerts tend to come back in fresh new ways, so if you loved them before, you’ll probably want to catch them again this year too.

If you’re planning to drop by more than once, book your Al Wasl Full Pass tickets. It’s a simple way to enjoy more of the season without having to pick just one date.

Harvest Festival – Hag Al Laila

If you’ve been to Hag Al Laila celebrations before, you know it’s one of those events that instantly feels joyful and familiar. Inspired by a traditional Emirati celebration, it brings that same community energy to Al Wasl Plaza under the dome, with a festive atmosphere that’s perfect for kids and parents.

Tickets are all-inclusive, giving children access to all the fun activities inside, so families can relax and enjoy the experience together. Expect live music, fun performances, exciting workshops, and plenty of kids’ activities happening throughout the space, so you can simply walk around, join in, and enjoy the vibe as it unfolds.

Firdaus Orchestra

And as always, the all-female Firdaus Orchestra brings their beautiful talent and live music to Al Wasl Plaza.

For the Happy Chinese New Year Concert on February 8, expect a cultural celebration through music, with traditional East Asian-inspired melodies, a festive atmosphere, and performances that highlight the heritage and spirit of the season. It’s a lovely way to experience Chinese New Year in a setting that feels special, but still easy to enjoy.

Then on April 11, they return for Arabic Classics, taking some of the world’s greatest classical masterpieces and giving them a fresh approach. It’s a beautiful blend of tradition and modern orchestral energy. Pre-register now and get ready to hear timeless music in a whole new way.

Hai Ramadan: Iftar Experiences For All

This Ramadan, Expo City Dubai welcomes you to Hai Ramadan, part of the Season of Wulfa, where the community gathers under the iconic Al Wasl Dome to celebrate togetherness, culture, and tradition. There are two distinct Iftar experiences, each offering a different way to break your fast.

  • Iftar Al Souk delivers a lively, Emirati-inspired atmosphere with a free-flowing experience. Instead of a formal sit-down meal, guests explore a vibrant souk-style setting, moving between traditional food carts and live cooking stations at their own pace. It’s social, relaxed, and full of classic Ramadan energy.
  • Iftar Al Majlis offers a more refined and tranquil setting. Guests enjoy a seated experience with a carefully prepared international buffet, table service, and gentle live traditional music, creating an elegant and serene way to break the fast under the dome.

Beyond Iftar, every evening comes alive with immersive Al Wasl Dome projections and the traditional Ramadan Cannon, setting the tone for the night.

Guests can also enjoy a wide range of activities, including a Kids’ Sports Arena, PlayStation Zone, and heritage games & family fun. Wander through the Ramadan Market, discover artisan stalls, enjoy henna artistry, and take part in creative, uplifted workshops designed to inspire all ages.

And the best part? The season doesn’t stop here. There’s more to look forward to, including Harvest Festival – Spring Edition and Harvest Festival – Summer Edition, so keep your plans open… Al Wasl Season clearly isn’t done with us yet
