Star Pianist Mikhail Petukhov
Often called as "The  lion of  keyboard"– Mikhail Petukhov is considered as one of the most talented and extraordinary piano players of this century. His first concert appearances was at the age of 10, often included his own compositions. He is hypnotic, his playing is heart-stoppingly beautiful. What makes him so unique is his exquisite beauty of playing combined to magical effect.
Mikhail Petukhov is a professor of Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire. His master-classes are much in demand throughout the world. He appeared as a soloist with most of the important conductors on the world scene including Rafael Frübeck de Burgos,  Yuri Bashmet, Valeri Gergiev, Milan Horvat, Karl Eliasberg, Yuri Simonov, Michel  Tabachnick, Vladimir Fedosseyev, Mark Ermler, Saulius Sondeckis.
He has performed with such famous orchestras as Birmingham Symphony, Moscow Philharmonic, Royal Scottish Symphony, Stuttgart Philharmonic , Bolshoi Theatre Symphony, Belgium National Orchestra, Zagreb Philharmonic, Bornmouth  Symphony, Hungarian State Symphony, Santiago Philharmonic, Leipzig Gewandhaus.
 
Mikhail Petukhov is awarded by the Russian government with the title Honored Artist of Russia.
The winner of the Napoli Cultural Classical Prize 2009 in the nomination “Best musician of the year”.
The winner of the 7th International Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels
The winner of the Leipig 4th International Bach Piano Competition.
