We’ve grown to be the largest provider in the GCC servicing events in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. The Headquarter is located in Dubai. ROLE AND THE TEAM
Product Design at Platinumlist are at the forefront of our fast-paced Product Development process, working as an inherent part of the entire product development cycle. Together with product managers, designers estimate the next big area of improvement and plan the big picture for development teams. They conduct discovery and research interviews with users and the biggest event organizers, maintaining and growing the design system to sustain a fast development cycle while keeping the quality of output high. Together with developers, they dig into the technical details of how users buy tickets across multiple platforms and distill that into journeys that help customers do their job better. With this in mind, they shape the product experience to best fit our customers’ needs.
At the moment, we are rebuilding and reshaping the product experience of event ticketing in the region. We are considering how various requirements, categories, cases, and creative assets turn into a high-performing product on any of the platforms we support, including the website, mobile app, landings, and product for industry partners. All platforms and products are at different points of maturity and complexity, and we aim to make them more effortless and streamlined at scale.
We are seeking someone who has mastered the craft of turning insights into beautifully designed products. This person should be able to inspire organizations through prototyping and storytelling, ensuring that their final work has maximum impact for the customer. You would be a great fit for this role if you:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Designing products and features that are fast to discover and easy to learn, providing value to customers as early as possible
● Building and iterating on an enjoyable UI/UX
● Interacting directly with our customers to validate your proposed design solutions.
● Collaborating with a cross-functional team of Developers, Product Managers and other Designers to continue building and scaling our design systems.
● Delivering a great, end-to-end user experience for all customers, from tech-savvy power users to less advanced, small-scale operators.
● Creating final UI designs and resources for the projects selected to be implemented
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
● UX Design experience. To lead the UX work in the company and we expect you to have experience in product discovery, creating wireframes, prototypes or paper prototypes and running them with the users.
● UI Design skills, fluent with Figma.
● Startup mindset. Ambition of taking responsibility. Motivation for a face paced, ambiguous and constantly changing environment
● You feel confident leading the design process end-to-end, from collecting product requirements internally and from end users, to prototyping, to delivering high-fidelity designs and working closely with engineers to bring your solutions to life
● You're passionate about the entire product discovery process, conducting UX research and customer interviews, as well as collaborating closely with Product Managers to define the future of the product.
● Good level of English.Ability to express complex ideas in writing (and verbally) in brief and clearly in English and Russian.
● Strong soft skills
Highly desirable (as a plus):
- Knowledge of After Effects for creating animations;
- Understanding of HTML/CSS or any programming language
- Experience with SaaS, E-Commerce is a plus.
