Key Responsibilities:
● Account Management:
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the sports and football sectors, ensuring all their needs are met.
○ Manage relationships with sports organizations, event organizers, and key stakeholders to drive successful event outcomes.
○ Negotiate contracts and pricing, maximizing profit while delivering exceptional service.
○ Provide comprehensive support to clients, including technical assistance and system training.
● Project Management:
○ Oversee the planning and execution of ticketing operations for major sports events, including football matches, tournaments, and stadium-based events.
○ Collaborate closely with stadium management, sports event organizers, and vendors to coordinate event logistics.
○ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure events are executed on time and within budget.
○ Ensure the accurate creation and distribution of event materials such as seating plans, ticket allocations, and real-time event updates.
○ Regularly check events for any issues, and ensure prompt resolution of client or team concerns.
● Event Execution & Post-Event Duties:
○ Lead on-site operations for football and sports events, coordinating with all relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery.
○ Provide post-event reports, gather feedback from clients, and implement improvements for future events.
○ Ensure events meet Platinumlist’s service-level agreements (SLAs) and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sports event management, ticket operations, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in football and stadium events.
● In-depth understanding of stadium operations, seating layouts, and ticketing systems.
● Proven track record of managing large-scale events and delivering excellent customer service.
● Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
