If you’ve been thinking of taking a trip across the UAE but the thought of hitting the road made you panic, here’s some great news! Etihad Rail has just announced its first passenger train route that will link three cities.
Very soon, you’ll be able to leave the car behind and enjoy a more comfortable and speedy way to travel across the country.
The first Etihad Rail route will connect the following cities and stations:
- Abu Dhabi: Mohammed bin Zayed City station
- Dubai: Jumeirah Golf Estates station
- Fujairah: Al Hilal City station
Passenger services are set to begin later this year. Etihad Rail have big plans to expand, linking 11 cities and major hubs across the UAE, with more routes to follow. Meanwhile, you can check all the latest updates, including confirmed stations, estimated travel times, and even look at a business class cabin.
