Qatar has officially launched the construction phase of two 3D-printed public schools in Doha, marking a global first in terms of both scale and technological ambition. Dubai has rolled out temporary flexible working hours for government employees during the summer months, aiming to improve work-life balance and boost productivity. All businesses must offer customers a way to pay by card or mobile phone, under new regulations from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
