The area is planned as a low-density, private destination. This is the kind of place where you won’t be bothered much. Homes, outdoor areas, and shared spaces look out onto the golf course, with plenty of space between the buildings.
This marks Trump International’s first project near the capital. In western Saudi Arabia, construction has already begun on Trump Plaza Jeddah, a USD 1 billion development on King Abdulaziz Road.
This huge project by Trump International joins a growing list of high-end names moving into the area. In the future, it will welcome other luxury developments like The Oberoi Wadi Safar with a ballroom, The Chedi Wadi Safar, and Four Seasons Hotel.
