There’s a new luxury project coming to Diriyah, and it’s impossible to ignore. Like other Trump-branded developments, this one comes with scale and makes a statement even before it’s built. No surprise, considering the entire plan is built around a championship golf course. Curious to take a closer look? Here’s what Trump International is planning for this area of Saudi Arabia.

The location is Wadi Safar, a desert valley on the edge of Diriyah. The plan includes a Trump-branded hotel and a collection of private residences. Residents and guests can expect resort-style amenities, generous terraces, and a full-service experience for longer stays.

The area is planned as a low-density, private destination. This is the kind of place where you won’t be bothered much. Homes, outdoor areas, and shared spaces look out onto the golf course, with plenty of space between the buildings.

This marks Trump International’s first project near the capital. In western Saudi Arabia, construction has already begun on Trump Plaza Jeddah, a USD 1 billion development on King Abdulaziz Road.

This huge project by Trump International joins a growing list of high-end names moving into the area. In the future, it will welcome other luxury developments like The Oberoi Wadi Safar with a ballroom, The Chedi Wadi Safar, and Four Seasons Hotel.

More details and updates are expected, so stay tuned for what’s coming next in Diriyah.
