Diriyah is adding another attraction to its growing list — the soon-to-open The Chedi Wadi Safar. This new luxury hotel is set to blend history, culture, and modern comfort in a stunning natural setting.

The Chedi brand, which started in Phuket in 1995, is known for its elegant hotels worldwide, from Miami to Muscat. In the Middle East, The Chedi has already made a mark with The Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah and The Chedi Katara in Doha. Now, it’s bringing its signature style to Wadi Safar in Diriyah.

Diriyah holds deep historical significance as the original capital of Saudi Arabia. It was once the stronghold of the Al Saud family and home to Mohammed bin Saud, the founder of the first Saudi state in the 18th century. Today, it’s being transformed into a major tourism hub, featuring attractions like the UNESCO-listed At-Turaif and the vibrant Bujairi Terrace dining district.

The Chedi Wadi Safar is just one of 15 new hotels planned for the area. As part of a massive development project, Diriyah aims to attract 25 million visitors each year and become a prime destination for residents and tourists.

Located just 14 minutes north of Riyadh, Wadi Safar is famous for its breathtaking natural scenery, making it an ideal spot for a luxury retreat. With a perfect mix of tradition and modern hospitality, The Chedi Wadi Safar promises to offer guests an unforgettable experience.
