Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced temporary road closures on Thursday, February 6, due to the UAE Tour Women cycling race. Several key roads will be affected as cyclists make their way through the city. Stage 1 of the race starts at 12:45 PM from the Dubai Police Officer's Club and finishes at Dubai Harbour at 4:40 PM. Kuwait has announced a five-day public holiday to celebrate its National and Liberation Days at the end of this month. The decision came during the Cabinet’s weekly meeting.
