Jeddah is set to welcome Trump Plaza, a USD 1 billion luxury development that promises to redefine the city’s downtown vibe. Sitting at the heart of Dar Al Arkan’s massive ‘Manhattan’ project, this new hub brings premium living, work, and leisure spaces together in one spot. The development is on a record-breaking land plot — the most expensive ever sold in the city.

This will be Dar Global’s second project with The Trump Organization, following the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in 2024.

The goal is to bring a Manhattan-style buzz to central Jeddah while creating a walkable, sustainable urban environment. The site will feature high-end residences, serviced apartments, townhouses, Grade-A offices, and a Central Park-inspired green spine, with retail and dining spaces to complement the lifestyle vibe. The masterplan will include four districts connected by landscaped boulevards, blending city life with green spaces and modern design.

Dubai is also in line with Trump International Hotel & Tower, an 80-storey project to be erected in the heart of the city. It will become one of the city’s top five tallest new skyscrapers, adding another iconic landmark to the region.
