Dubai is no stranger to global food — the city’s dining scene is packed with flavors from around the world. But a new restaurant in DIFC is putting a different spin on it. Say hello to Uncut, a spot that brings something fresh to the table: third-culture cuisine. So, what exactly is third-culture cuisine? It’s the kind of food that reflects the lives of people who grew up outside of their parents’ home countries — people who were raised between cultures, often juggling different traditions, tastes, and languages. Their identity is a mix, and their food reflects that.    ...

A massive trade center called Bharat Mart is coming to Dubai by the end of 2026. Built to sell Indian-made products, the hub will be based in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) and is expected to play a major role in boosting trade between India and the rest of the world. The project kicked off shortly after Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed wrapped up his first official visit to India — part of efforts to deepen ties between the two countries.     View this post on Instagram   A post shared by 🇮🇳 India’s Best Export...

Love a good Negroni? You’re in luck. Dubai is about to welcome the first-ever Negroni Lounge in the Middle East. Opening on April 18 inside Barfly by Buddha-Bar, this new space is all about one thing: the iconic Negroni cocktail – served in its classic form and reimagined in a bunch of creative ways. The Negroni Lounge isn’t just another bar – it’s a dedicated corner of Barfly focused on Italy’s aperitivo culture. Inspired by Milan’s stylish cocktail scene, it’s where you go to slow down, sip something balanced and bitter, and enjoy a good chat in moody lighting.  ...

Paying for parking in Dubai is about to get a lot more convenient. Salik, the company behind Dubai’s toll gates, is teaming up with Parkonic to expand automatic parking payments to more places across the city. This new system, already working in over 100 locations around the UAE, lets drivers park without tickets, barriers, or payment machines. Instead, the parking fee is taken directly from the driver’s Salik eWallet — no need to tap cards or scan apps. Just drive in, park, and you're good to go. Starting next week, 18 new spots in Dubai will be part of this...

The idea is simple: book a ride near your home, fly across the city, and reach the airport (or wherever you’re going) quickly and without the usual traffic mess. And we don't have to wait long! Test flights kick off this summer when the first Midnight air taxi lands in...

Each one is powered by NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX tech, built to think and react in real time...
