Not planning a dinner out on Monday? This one-night chef collaboration in Dubai could easily change your mind. On May 18, HANU will host an exclusive dinner called “Table 222”, bringing together three well-known chefs from some of city’s most talked-about restaurants:

  • Chef Kyung Soo Moon of HANU
  • Chef Dan Birk from City Social
  • Chef Robin Höfer from Kraken

The experience will take place at HANU at St. Regis Gardens.

  • Cobia Sashimi with coconut, sea buckthorn, and leche de tigre by Chef Robin Höfer
  • Koji-cured Scallop with miso, scallop roe XO, and tantanmen-inspired sauce by Chef Dan Birk
  • Hoengseong Hanwoo 1++ beef, lamb chop galbi, banchan, and beef jus from HANU
  • Caramelised apple, meringue, bergamot sorbet, and petit fours created together by HANU and Kraken

This four-course experience is priced at AED 222/person. It’s a great chance to taste three different restaurant styles and try dishes created by three chefs in one evening.
