Finding a beach in Sharjah where you can actually relax without worrying about privacy isn’t easy. But that’s about to change this May. A women-only beach park is opening in Dibba Al Hisn, just in time for swim season and easy days by the water. If you’ve been looking for a private place to relax, this is one to keep in mind.
This new women-only spot in Sharjah takes privacy to a new level. The space is fully enclosed with a 3m fence and a rock barrier that blocks outside views.
With so many amenities, it’ll be easy to spend the whole day here. Apart from swimming areas, there’s a fitness centre, a café, and a creative activity hall. If you want to stay active, the place includes a rubberised track by the water for casual jogs.
Coming with kids? They can have their fun at a shaded play area with soft flooring.
And if you think that’s already an impressive offer, the new beach park in Sharjah also has a clinic, a prayer room, and other on-site services. Once it opens, it will likely draw crowds looking for a peaceful place to relax.
Women-only beach park in Dibba Al Hisn is one of the first of three locations planned for the emirate. Similar areas will soon open in Kalba and Khorfakkan.
Sharjah has recently announced other projects, with three new landmarks planned for Kalba, Khorfakkan, and Al Qalqali Beach.
