Marriott International has announced the launch of The St. Regis Jeddah, a new luxury destination slated to open in 2030 along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. The development will include a premium hotel and a residential offering, combining upscale hospitality with long-stay comfort in one of the Kingdom’s most dynamic cities.

Once complete, The St. Regis Jeddah will introduce the brand’s renowned service traditions to the city — including its signature butler service and refined approach to luxury. The project is being delivered in partnership with Miyar Alshati Real Estate Company, Telal Al Wadi Real Estate Company, and Saud Al Arifi Investment Group.

The hotel will feature 191 rooms, suites, and serviced apartments. Facilities will include five dining venues — among them a signature restaurant and poolside lounge — as well as a spa, indoor pool, and fitness centre. Business and events will be supported by more than 1,000 square metres of meeting space.

Alongside the hotel, 92 branded residences will be available, ranging from one to five bedrooms. Residents will have access to dedicated amenities including a fitness centre, kids’ area, media room, library, meeting spaces, resident lounge, and swimming pool.

The opening is expected to support the growing demand for high-end hospitality in Jeddah and contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals to diversify tourism and real estate offerings in key locations across the Kingdom.
