Students and parents across the UAE can now prepare for a return to regular school routines starting Monday. The Ministry of Education confirmed that in-person learning will resume from May 11, 2026, for students, teachers, and administrative staff in public and private schools, as well as nurseries across the UAE.
The update follows several days of distance learning and comes after ongoing coordination with relevant authorities and continued monitoring of the situation.
Schools and nurseries will return to normal classroom learning. The Ministry of Education also said educational institutions remain prepared to switch to alternative learning models if needed, depending on future assessments and developments.
