Finding a spot to park in Dubai is about to get a bit easier as Parkin, the emirate’s largest public parking operator, adds 3,000 new spaces before the end of 2025. Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is advancing a series of road projects across key residential areas to improve mobility, reduce congestion, and support the city’s growing population. Work has already wrapped up in Al Khawaneej 2 (Tolerance District) and Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, while six more areas are currently under development, covering a total of 103 kilometres of roads.
