Dubai South is about to get a whole lot fancier with the upcoming VIP Terminal Boulevard. This sleek new development, right across from the VIP terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport, will feature 16 premium buildings. Visitors can expect luxury shops, aviation services, and all the high-end experiences you’d want before taking off.

Construction is already underway on Aviation One, a six-storey building that kicks off the first phase, which is expected to be ready by 2026. The boulevard is set to attract top-tier retailers and key players from the aviation world, creating a unique spot where luxury meets innovation.

Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) highlights that the neighbourhood is designed to meet the growing demand for aviation-related services while giving visitors a chic, convenient place to explore.
