Since launching, Riyadh Metro has continued to expand and improve operations. The network now starts service daily at 5:30 AM and continues to grow with new stations. One of the latest additions is Western Station on the Orange Line, which includes shops, cafés, a garden, and a mosque.
More expansion is also on the way. Plans for the Red Line include five additional stations and an extension all the way to Diriyah Gate.
If you use Riyadh Metro regularly, you may consider getting an annual pass. You can find the 2026 fares here.
