Business Development Manager - Kuwait

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow our business through effective lead generation and sales support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, reaching out to leads generated through B2B marketing campaigns, and providing support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify potential customers;
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner;
- Research and identify potential leads through various B2B marketing campaigns and outreach efforts;
- Provide support to the sales team by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, assisting with sales proposals and presentations.
- Assist with data entry and management in the company's CRM system;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities;
- Efficiently pass over the leads to the Sales team once they see the sales potential;
- Receive and facilitate bulk bookings;


Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role;
- Familiarity with B2B marketing campaigns, cold calling, and lead generation techniques;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
