The inability of the organisers to smoothly support and guide the individual process of each of the participants throughout the afternoon. Having too many people who would also paint different pieces of art made it impossible for the 2 ladies to attend to all our requests promptly thus leaving us to wait for too long or be on our own throughout the process and not learn the basic techniques that we would like to pick up.
