Imany, whose real name is Nadia Mladjao, is a French pop-soul singer of Comorian heritage. She gained popularity with her first album, The Shape of a Broken Heart, which came out in 2011 and achieved platinum sales in France and Greece, as well as triple platinum sales in Poland.
