SEAWINGS TOUR BOOKING PROCEDURE AND TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking Procedure 1. The Sales Agent must contact Seawings Reservations on +971 4 807 0808 or email to reservations@seawings.ae to check Tour availability. 2. To make a provisional booking of the Tour the Sales Agent must provide Seawings Reservations with the number of Guests and the split between male, female and child. 3. Seawings will confirm the provisional booking of the Tour to Sales Agent by email. 4. To confirm the booking of the Tour, the Sales Agent must provide to Seawings the following information for each Guest: • Full Name • Date of Birth • Nationality • Gender • A valid contact telephone number 5. On receipt of this information Seawings will complete the booking and email Guest Confirmation Advice with booking reference to the Sales Agent. The Guest confirmation will include the Booking Terms and Conditions provided below or as otherwise set out or provided. This confirmation contains essential information for the Guest and must be passed on to them immediately by the Sales Agent. Booking Terms and Conditions 6. All tours are operated subject to weather, visibility and sea conditions, operational, safety or security reasons/concerns, force majeure events, technical fault(s) in the aircraft or any other reason whatsoever or howsoever arising beyond our reasonable control. 7. Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations, maritime requirements or other operational considerations. 8. Seawings LLC reserves the right to cancel or amend Tour details without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by Seawings only, we will endeavour to contact the Sales Agent and/or Guests in advance using the contact details provided by you at time of booking. Guests will be offered an alternative Tour or if that is not possible, a refund will be made provided that payment has already been received by Seawings. 9. The following Cancellation Policy will apply for each Tour cancelled: • Cancellation of the Seawings Gold and Seawings Diamond Tours more than 5 days prior to the Tour will receive 100% refund; Tours cancelled 72 hours to 5 days prior to the Tour will receive 50% refund; Tours cancelled within 72 hours of the Tour will receive no refund. • Cancellation of all other Tours more than 72 hours prior to the Tour will receive 100% refund; Tours cancelled 48 to 72 hours prior to the Tour will receive 50% refund; Tours cancelled within 48 hours of the Tour will receive no refund. • All Cancellations must be agreed by email between the Company and Sales Agents. It is Sales Agents responsibility to ensure a confirmation on cancellation by email is received from the company 72hours prior to departure of the flight. Full Cancellation charges will be applicable on failure to provide the cancellation confirmation email. 10. Guests are required to report to the departure point a minimum of 45 minutes before the scheduled departure of the Tour. 11. Each Guest is required to bring their original passport or UAE National Identification Card to the Seawings check-in. 12. Guests are required to undergo a security check prior to boarding the aircraft. 13. Child Policy: A maximum of three children per adult guest is permitted subject to a maximum of four children per flight. 14. Age Policy: The following age policy will apply for the purposes of the Tour. For the avoidance of doubt, the age of the passengers will determined as at the date of the Tour: • Passengers aged 12 years and above are considered adults; • Passengers aged 2 to 11 years are considered children; • Passengers aged 0 to 2 years are considered infants. 15. Pregnancy Policy: It is the Sales Agent's responsibility to advise Seawings of any pregnant Guests prior to or at the time of confirming the booking of each Product or Tour. • Women up to 28 weeks pregnant (as at the date of the Tour) are able to participate in the Tour without a medical certificate/report. Between 28 and 35 weeks a pregnant woman may take a tour by providing a medical certificate/report. 16. Conditions of Carriage: Seawings at its sole discretion has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe, or may be hazardous or endangers the aircraft, crew, or passengers. 17. 'Seawings' is the trading name of Seawings LLC, a Company incorporated in Dubai, UAE and Seawings Tours LLC, a Company incorporated in Abu Dhabi, UAE 18. Seawings reserves the right to amend this policy for any reason whatsoever (or any term, condition or clause herein) at any time and without notice. 19. The aircraft are operated by Jet-Ops FZE, holder of UAE Air Operators Certificate. 20. Jet-ops FZE as operator of the aircraft has aviation liability insurance to a maximum of US$ 250,000,000. 21. Seawings LLC has tour operator liability cover to a maximum of AED 10,000,000.
